We are introducing an important update regarding SyrusCloud, our device management platform for Syrus 4G devices.

SyrusCloud allows users to:

  • Configure Devices: Upload and configure profiles and applications at scale.
  • Manage Devices: Diagnose, send commands, and troubleshoot with ease.
  • Playback Video: Download and view video clips from your devices.
  • Perform FOTA Updates: Update packages and complete firmware over the air.
  • Manage Warranties: Extend and track warranty expiration dates.

Subscription Changes

To continue improving the platform and maintaining reliable service, SyrusCloud will transition to a subscription-based model.

Enterprise – Pegasus Users USD $1.00 per device
Enterprise USD $2.00 per device
